Leads – Add a New Lead

You signed up – WOOT! Now what?

Leads, baby.

At the heart of StudioAlfred, everything circles around a Lead.

A Lead is what starts the entire chain of StudioAlfred “things” – Gigs, Projects, Revisions, etc. All are based off of a Lead.

What’s a Lead? A Lead is:

  • A potential Client
  • A current Client

Boom. Pretty simple? We thought so.

Let’s get started:

  1. Click “Leads” in the menu at the top of the screen.
  2. Click “New Lead” from the Leads drop down menu.
  3. You should now be on the “Leads: Enter New Lead” screen. Go ahead and enter all of the information that you have. (Note, sometimes, you might not have things like a phone number – that’s ok! You’ll still want to enter the info you have to keep track of the Lead and follow up.)
  4. Click “Save”.
  5. You’re done! (Easy, right?)
